2010 We are nearing the end of a very successful CRNA recruiting effort. The majority of our
Nurse Anesthesia openings have now been filled, however we continue to have a few needs in Killeen and Temple. Job opportunities continue for Nurse Practitioners and Physician
Assistants. We anticipate
another recruiting effort in the spring/summer of 2011 when we begin to staff for the new Children's Hospital in Temple.

Our system is continuing to
expand. Currently, we have over 70 CRNAs in our system and expect to have about 100 within 2 years. Despite the
size of our group, the attrition rate is very low. We have an employer who values our work and offers high tech
