Complete and submit the generic Scott & White
job application form on the S&W web site. First go to http://careers.sw.org/ Once there, click on "search jobs". On the search page use "CRNA" for the keyword and then search.
Click on any of the CRNA jobs listed (it really doesn't matter which one) then click on "apply now". You will be
asked to register a user name and password and then will be taken to the application form. Note:
many applicants are having problems completing the on line application. Go ahead and give it a try but if the application
will not accept your information, make sure that your CV has complete education and work information and we will work
from that. Call our Human Resources department (254-724-3772) during nurmal business hours and they will talk you through
