Jim Fry,  Chief CRNA John Peter Smith Hospital, Texas Wesleyan College St. Joseph Hospital School of Anesthesia, Texas Wesleyan University Certified 1964 Welcome to the Scott and White website.  At the Scott and White Pavilion (Day Surgery Center) we provide anesthesia for 8 operating rooms.  Fully staffed with 8 nurse anesthetists and 3 anesthesiologists, our day surgery facility specializes in out-patient procedures with fast turnaround.  We administer approximately 900-1000 anesthetics a month.  We commonly do ortho, plastics, ENT, podiatry, general and eye surgery. Anesthesiology residents who rotate thru our facility gain expertise in pediatric and ambulatory anesthesia.  All of the anesthetists at the Pavilion are highly experienced in ambulatory care anesthesia.  We continue to receive high marks in patient satisfaction and have been the model for other ambulatory care centers.  Come visit us.  You will like our enviorment.			Dr. Rick Roberson, MD Director, Pavilion anesthesia services Welcome to the pavilion site.  We are a fun  group who provide cutting edge anesthesia care for ambulatory surgery patients.  A multi-modal approach to  provide  post op  analgesia and prevent PONV is used to assure rapid recovery and discharge.  Our fast-track techniques enable us to send patients back to their room, bypassing PACU  in over 98% of our cases.  The vast  majority of our general anesthesia cases utilize an LMA.
